The hotel is located in a convenient area close to amenities, yet in a quiet environment. It is not far from the city center and offers good conference facilities. We loved the beautiful ceiling in our room and the outstandingly comfortable pillows. The spa, especially the sauna and indoor pool, was amazing. The rain shower in the room was wonderful, deserving of its name. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities, including the gym, pool, and sauna, were very clean. The location was perfect, close to museums and tourist sites. The breakfast was great, and the staff were educated, warm, and polite.

the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of our needs. the spa and wellness centre provided a relaxing escape with a variety of treatments. the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath were all extremely clean and well-maintained. the sun terrace with sun loungers overlooked a beautiful garden area. Restaurant breakfast was superb, with a wide selection of hot and cold items and special diet menus. In-room breakfast was delivered promptly and served hot.

We had an amazing stay at a beautifully converted historical palace. The subterranean pool was fine, and the spa facilities were great. The location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
